Amin Mohammad Foundation Ltd to Develop 40-Storey Commercial Tower in Tejgaon

Amin Mohammad Foundation Limited (AMFL) has finalized an agreement to construct a 40-storey commercial building in Dhaka's Tejgaon area, as reported by Daily Sun on 25 December 2020. The project represents a significant addition to the capital's commercial infrastructure and demonstrates continued investment in high-rise development.

The agreement was formalized through a document exchange ceremony between AMFL Managing Director Md. Ramzanul Haque Nihad and landowners Md. Siddikur Rahman and Md. Mijanur Rahman. The partnership brings together the company's construction expertise with prime urban land resources in one of Dhaka's key commercial districts.

The planned commercial tower will contribute to addressing the growing demand for premium office and retail space in the city's central business area. The project aligns with ongoing urban development patterns that emphasize vertical growth and optimized land use in densely populated urban centers.

This development continues AMFL's track record of executing major construction projects while supporting the evolution of Dhaka's landscape. The 40-storey structure is expected to be one of the taller commercial buildings in the Tejgaon area upon completion.
